We stock both; made in Australia and abroad. We can also assure you that both ranges of boots are made using 100% Australian sheepskin and are high-quality products. If you are looking for Australian made products, we have 'Australian Made' menu bar specifically for AU made products on our website homepage. All AU made products are clearly labelled with AU Made icon.
The word "UGG" in Australia is used to describe a particular style of boot, not the brand. In Australia where the term is considered generic, more than 70 registered trademarks include the term “UGG” in various logos and designs. UGG Direct supplies a combination of UGG boots that are manufactured overseas from Australian sheepskin materials.
Ugg boots should be snug and tight when you originally wear them - like all leather, sheepskin will stretch to your preferred size. Please refer to product page size chart to order your correct size.
Ugg boots will naturally keep your feet nice and warm. When you wear socks with your Ugg boots your feet will most likely overheat and sweat, which can damage your ugg boots.
Keep them in top condition by applying suede and leather water repellent. If they do get dirty, simply let them dry out and then wipe the dirt off the boot with a damp cloth.
Ugg Direct uses many courier services, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway and many more. Certain areas are serviced better by certain carriers.
Unfortunately we operate out of warehouse and for safety reasons we do not offer pickup.

Please allow up to 48 hrs for processing of your order prior to shipping. Orders are shipped on Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery may take up to 7 business days.
You order number is in the email confirmation received at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to exchange or return your order please refer to the Returns and Exchange policy.
Your payment was declined or the most common reason for cancellation is that we ran out of stock before processing your order. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, you will be refunded to your original payment method. It can take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.

Please contact us and specify your order number, item order, item receive. We will exchange the items to the correct ones.
We offer 90 days product warranty. The warranty for Footwear applies to defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us and specify your order number, defect item and details.
We accept returns for all unworn items. Go to return & exchange centre, enter your “order number” and “email address” to return your order. You have 30 days to return your order.
