Returns / Exchange
Our returns and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. Once the 30 day period has expired we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange on your purchase. To be eligible for a return, All returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or are in their original packaging (shoe box) which must also be undamaged and in its original condition. Do not use shoe box as shipping packaging. To process your return, we require proof of purchase and any photos of the product that may assist us in processing the return. Please note that all shipping costs associated with the return will be absorbed by the customer. This applies to exchange items as well. Upon receipt of your returned and inspected goods, we will notify you of the status of your exchange via email. Once your refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Purchase of Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are also non-refundable. Please note that refund processing with some banking institution cards takes longer than with others. If you are experiencing delays in seeing your refund, please contact your bank. It generally takes 3-5 business days for the money to be seen on credit cards. If you need to exchange, please use our online portal here.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us and all shipping costs associated with the return/exchange. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
