Slippers were good but on the big size. The male slip ons were too small. We sent them back for a bigger size but have not received a replacement pair. I messaged within minutes of ordering saying I had accidentally put wrong size and was told order had already gone thru. I don’t think so in 4-5 minutes. I was told to send them back when I received them and a replacement pair would be sent. It cost over $20 to mail back, but have not heard anything from you since. Very disappointing
