I bought the chestnut ones and they are absolutely stunning. The delivery was fast to New Zealand and the boots fit perfectly, my regular size and are beyond comfortable, you don't know you're wearing heels. I highly recommend purchasing the UGG care kit. I sprayed mine with two coats and walked through a muddy paddock and not a speck of dirty on them

Love the boots. Hadn’t seen any with a heel before and I purchased online whilst I was in Australia which was easy as my size wasn’t available in the shop. A sale item too so amazing price. Delivered to England in great time. Reason for a 4 star is the one zip is tight on fastening so seems to get a bit stuck. But I have been in touch with UGG and they have been helpful but did suggest I ensure no fur is stuck in the zip which was something you would automatically do. I have not worn them yet ( just due to personal circumstances) but they seem comfortable.
