Took almost a month for my mittens to arrive.
When they eventually did, it was obvious that the quality was terrible!
Made in China.
When I followed up (because of late delivery) with the company, I was told that they had fulfilled their end of the bargain. Once the product leaves their warehouse, they wash their hands of it!
I would suggest that once a customer PAYS for their goods, the company is still the owner until such time that the customer receives said goods.
WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN
