Return and Refund Policy

UGG Direct is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• Original condition with all tags attached
• Packaged in their original, undamaged shoe box (the shoe box must not be used as external shipping packaging)

Refund Options

Store Credit or Exchange

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, a store credit voucher equivalent to the product(s)’ value will be issued via email. You can use this voucher code to reorder replacement products at checkout.

Refund to Original Payment Method

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, a refund will be processed for the purchase price of the product(s). A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued. The funds will typically appear in your account within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. Please note:

• Refunds exclude shipping costs.
• A $5 restocking/return handling fee per item will be applied.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We take pride in providing high-quality products and services, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items unless the return is due to receiving an incorrect or defective item.

How to Start Your Return

Once your items have been shipped and invoiced, you can initiate a return online. Visit our return portal and follow the provided steps to lodge your return request. Return instructions and the return address will be provided upon submission of your request.

Important Notes

• Credit vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable once funds have been loaded.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
